Payment & Deposits:
For reservations outside 120 days of your
arrival, a 30% deposit is required. Inside 120 days of arrival, a 50%
deposit of your rental is required. We will hold your reservation for 72
hours. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You may cancel your reservation 60 days prior to
arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. If last minute
circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation and we are able
to re-rent your reserved period of time, your deposit will be refunded.
Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.
Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m.
Check out time is at 10:00 a.m.
Pets are not permitted.

Description:
This is one of the finest 2nd row homes
ever built in Palmetto Dunes. Designed by noted architect Bill Vitto,
and decorated by award winning designer Sherry White (White Interiors),
