Payment & Deposits:
For reservations outside 120
days of your arrival, a 30% deposit is required. Inside 120 days of
arrival, a 50% deposit of your rental is required. The balance of payment is due four
weeks prior to your arrival date.
You may cancel your reservation 60
days prior to arrival to receive a full
refund of your deposit. If last minute
circumstances prevent you from keeping
your reservation and we are able to
re-rent your reserved period of time,
your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.

This inviting 5-bedroom beach home has been newly renovated. Enter to a
spacious great room complete with wood floors and a ½ bath. In the living
area you will find a sleeper sofa, loveseat, 2 chairs, TV/VCR/DVD, and a
door to a huge screened porch that expands the entire length of the home.
Only a seven minute walk to the beach. Private heated pool (16 by 30),
screened porch, fireplace, open kitchen, first floor master suite.
The large porch offers rocking chairs and a ping pong table – a
perfect activity for a rainy day! Just off the porch is a fabulous
pool area. The pool* is surrounded with decking and outdoor furniture for
dining and lounging. This area also has a gas grill. Back inside off the
living area you will find a remodeled kitchen with 4 bar stools and a
stylish dining area for 8. T he master suite of this wonderful home is
located on the first level. It is furnished with a king bed and
TV/VCR/DVD. This suite offers a private bath with a jetted tub and a
separate shower. 10 steps lead to a landing with another bedroom.
