About 7 Brigantine:
There are no words that can properly describe this 6400 square foot 2nd row Mediterranean Style masterpiece. This home was is simply the most incredible home (oceanfront or otherwise) in Palmetto Dunes Resort.  This home features 1000 sq feet of decks that overlook the endless edge (infinity) pool & spa out to the ocean.  There is also a covered outdoor grilling area with a state-of-the-art Viking grill, wet bar, refrigerator, and sink that all sits pool-side.  The pool area is super private too (built up at the first floor level). This home includes everything you would expect in a $4 million dollar home. 

No Detail has been spared in this Wayne Windham design.  The features list is extensive.  This VIP home features six bedrooms, a huge master suite with Steam Room, Shower, his and her vanities, a jetted jacuzzi tub, huge walk-in closets, large deck, and views of the ocean.  Two of the six bedrooms along with the upstairs den feature access to the huge second floor wrap around deck that looks down upon the pool, and right on out to the ocean.  The home features a huge gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, sub zero frig, granite counter tops, stone flooring, a breakfast bar, a breakfast room, all overlooking a huge living room with fireplace and ocean views.  On the other end of the first level is an incredible media / home theatre room with large screen TV & other audio / video equipment.  The media room also includes a tavern (wet bar, frig, sit down bar), and a climate controlled wine cellar.

7 Brigantine is located 2nd Row from the Island's best beach.  Brigantine is the only street in Palmetto Dunes that has it's own private beach walk to the ocean!  All other streets force you to go to the main Mooring Buoy to a beach walk between homes.  The beach path is right across the private cul-de-sac street and is within 200 steps from 7 Brigantine.   Our home is also within walking distance to the Marriott Hotel, Tennis, Trent Jones & Fazio Golf Courses, General Store and the Canoe Rentals.  If you are looking for consummate luxury, you can't beat this home.
