You also have access to the community pool which is loacated across the street from this home. You are just a short walk to Chaplin Park which features 6 lighted tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball field, basketball courts and playground! Also you are close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment.

Singleton Beach is located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Folly Field Road and centrally located to all the island's amenities.
