Payment & Deposits:
For reservations outside 120
days of your arrival, a 30% deposit is required. Inside 120 days of
arrival, a 50% deposit of your rental is required. The balance of payment is due four
weeks prior to your arrival date.
You may cancel your reservation 60
days prior to arrival to receive a full
refund of your deposit. If last minute
circumstances prevent you from keeping
your reservation and we are able to
re-rent your reserved period of time,
your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.

Enjoy beautiful ocean views from
every room in this newly renovated and furnished villa. Extensive renovations
just completed that include new kitchen cabinets, counters, furnishings,
carpet, tile, wall paper, paint and much more. This villa is one of
the nicest ones you will ever see!
The villa is decorator furnished and ready for your enjoyment.
Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed in the master, two queen
beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
The master bedroom suite has a king sized
bed, Cable TV, VCR and a spacious large bathroom vanity area including a
jacuzzi style soaking tub & private shower. The master bedroom is
separated from the living area by French doors and also features a deck
off the master bedroom.
The second bedroom features a private entry for more
more privacy when two families or couples are staying together. It
features two queen sized beds, it own full bath, Cable TV, VCR and its own
private deck.
The living area is decorator
furnished with a sleeper-sofa, Cable TV, VCR, and access to the deck. The
dining room has a full sized dining table. There is also a breakfast bar
and bar stools. The kitchen includes all modern appliances, tableware,
cooking utensils and microwave oven. The unit also has a washer, dryer,
dishwasher, ironing board and iron. All linens and towels are provided.
