Payment & Deposits:
A 30% deposit is required to secure your desired dates. Inside of 120 day arrivals, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of payment is due four weeks prior to your arrival date. 

You may cancel your reservation 60 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit.  If last minute circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation and we are able to re-rent your reserved period of time, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.
