ABOUT THE BENSON VILLA AT QUEENS GRANT
Palmetto Dunes offers some of the best in Hilton Head vacationing. Three miles of beach, three world renowned golf courses, fine dining at Alexander’s, tennis, local general store, canoeing and kayaking, and bike and pedestrian paths make this an excellent choice for your stay on the island. Add to this that Palmetto Dunes is located across Highway 278 from Shelter Cove, a significant harbor, shopping, and entertainment center, and you have a great centralized location providing plenty to do close by. Central to the Palmetto Dunes amenities is the Queen’s Grant condo community.

Our villa is ideally located on the east end of the complex closest to the beach, general store, Alexander’s, bike and canoe rental office, and the club house of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. One of the five pools in the community is steps from the rear entrance.

The open layout of this 1800 sq. feet villa features a vaulted-ceiling great room with a convertible sofa bed and two love seats providing plenty of seating for watching cable TV, playing games, or simply relaxing with background music provided by the stereo. A sliding door, large window and skylight let in lots of sunlight. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight. The large kitchen area is fully equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils you will need should you decide that eating in is your preference. The kitchen includes modern appliances including washer and dryer.

Two large bedrooms, each with separate bathroom, complete the rooms on the ground floor. The master with the king bed has a sliding door which opens to the patio. The front room has two full size beds. Upstairs is a third bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath. All bedrooms have cable TV.

For those needing to stay in touch with the office, high speed and secure wireless internet is available. A DVD player is connected to the TV in the great room.

This villa is great for a large family or two families that like to vacation together. One free hour of tennis per day is included and discounts for golf are available. A free shuttle is part of Palmetto Dunes amenities. Come and relax in a really great place for a price that you typically see for much smaller units.
