Description: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: This is the oceanfront villa that you want at the price you can afford to pay! Totally remodeled and ready for 2009 beach-goers!

Standing at the kitchen sink, you can see the ocean. Sitting at the dining room table, you can see the ocean. Lounging on the sofa, you can see the ocean. Relaxing in the bedroom, you can see the ocean. Chillin' on the balcony, you can see the ocean.

Our Shorewood is right smack-dab on the ocean--on the 5th floor "penthouse" level in South Forest Beach. Shorewood Condo Association rates 533 as the best view in the building. Proof that it is the most desirable address in town? The retired couple that rented November in 2007 came back again in 2008. The same family for three years in a row at Easter and our favorite Canadian "snowbirds" who've stayed for three months in 2007 and 2008 are back in 2009!!

As you enter the spacious foyer, your eye is drawn to the wall of windows which leads to the balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool (heated in season), kiddie pool, and hot tub and onto the ocean. Sit here and enjoy morning coffee as the sun rises over the Atlantic or linger over an evening cocktail while the sun sets into the sea.

After a hard day at the beach, relax in the COMPLETELY REMODELED living room which contains BRAND-NEW loveseat and sofa (queen sleeper) with brand new TV/DVD/VCR. The master bedroom (king), recently updated, opens to the balcony--open the windows and fall asleep to the lullaby of the ocean waves--and contains plenty of closet and drawer space and brand new flat-screen TV/DVD. The second bedroom, also completely redone, has two twin beds with brand-new bedding, brand new flat-screen TV/DVD, closet & dresser space and a "soft-foam" chair that pulls out to a single-size bed(suitable for a child). The updated kitchen with brand-new countertops has every imaginable appliance and then some! The NEW DINING FURNITURE has seating for six. You even have your own washer/dryer! NEW CARPETING throughout installed last year. Both bathrooms have been TOTALLY RENOVATED with new countertops, new floors, new walls, and the master bath has a new tile walk-in shower.

Shorewood is a gated property with security guard, covered parking, elevators (use the luggage cart for suitcases & groceries), beautiful pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and private boardwalk to the beach. Our villa has games, books, movies, rafts, kites, beach chairs, cooler, tennis racquets, and more; so you can pack light!
